Her achievements include a number of publications in
international, peer-reviewed scientific journals in Health Economics,
Social Science and Medicine (forthcoming), The WHO Bulletin, Journal of Pediatrics, and the Singapore Economic Review.
She has also presented her papers in the field of health economics in various international conferences.
As we quote Stella, "Lastly, I'm proud that I have been actively
involved in research projects that have provided real benefits (i.e.,
better health outcomes, higher quality of health care) to poor children.
so as a whole.
I think that having struck a good balance between theory and practice is
what I consider my greatest career achievement. (sorry - what academics
consider achievements are boring stuff!!)" .

What she considers as life's greatest
achievement is being a mom to three wonderful boys which she had raised well
with Pag-I.B.I.G. Director, brod Miro Quimbo.
